A new Witchfire story has officially begun. 🔥

I’ve just started writing Elara’s prequel novella, which is currently planned at around 18,000–22,000 words. It promises to be a lighter read than my most recent novels—but somehow even juicier than Cassian’s prequel.

Because apparently Elara has secrets of her own.

Once the novella is finished, I’ll probably take a month or two away from writing—assuming Cassian and Elara allow me to have a break. After that, I’ll begin work on Book Seven of the Witchfire Series.

The title is still to be decided, but the framework is already in place. This book may be the final full-length story centred on Elara and Cassian, although I have learned never to make absolute promises where those two are concerned.

Their world, however, is far from finished.

Waiting beyond their story are the six Vampire High Houses:

Morcant.

Noctra.

Sanguinari.

Văleanu.

Velorin.

And last—but most definitely not least—Dragomir.

Each house has its own secrets, rivalries, dangerous rulers, and stories waiting to be told. I can already imagine a separate series for each of them.

Then, of course, there is the Dhampir Heir.

Which story will come first? Honestly, I’m not sure yet.

But the Witchfire world is still growing—and there are many more dangerous love stories waiting in the shadows.
